A new co-working space, Perch, has opened its doors in Pioneer Square, Bicester, thanks to an innovative approach to town centre regeneration from Cherwell District Council (CDC).
Now homeworkers, small businesses, and entrepreneurs from around the district can benefit from the new metropolitan style co-working facility, right in the heart of Bicester.
The project, led by CDC, was deemed a unique opportunity to invigorate the town centre by converting previously unused retail space. Consultation with Bicester Vision highlighted the need for such a space in the town given recent and continued growth.
A number of local businesses and craftspeople worked together to create a space designed to support the growing town’s needs. Perch boasts a number of hot desks, along with access to meeting rooms, refreshment facilities, and a number of networking opportunities each month.
Residents of Bicester who own a company may also be eligible for a sponsored membership, courtesy of Bicester Vision. For more information visit www.perchcoworking.co.uk
