Parents are being urged to secure a week of fun for their children as preparations for the half term activity hubs are stepped up.
Cherwell District Council’s activity hubs provide a vibrant mix of sports, arts, crafts and games to keep young people happy and healthy while they are off school. Booking for the next edition of the popular programme, which will run in Banbury and Bicester, opens on Wednesday, 9 May.
The council uses the online Eventbrite booking service, allowing people to book 24 hours a day and on the go with their smartphones. An early-bird discount of ten per cent will be available for people who book between 9 and 13 May 2018.
The May half-term hubs will run at North Oxfordshire Academy in Banbury and Cooper School in Bicester from Tuesday, 29 May.
Full day sessions, from 8.45am to 5pm, cost £19.40 while the shorter session, 8.45am to 3pm, costs £15.30.
Places are limited and must be booked in advance on a first-come-first-served basis.
Using Eventbrite, parents can reserve places up until 7am on the day.
