Eco Bicester

The delivery of the UK’s most sustainable housing site at North West Bicester has provided a unique opportunity to promote green living across Bicester. In 2010, Bicester Town Council, Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council all endorsed the joint One Shared Vision document which outlines ways in which residents and business across the whole of Bicester can reduce their energy use, carbon footprint and bills by adopting a more sustainable lifestyle.

To endorse the vision, Cherwell District Council appointed an Eco Bicester team specifically tasked with achieving the One Shared Vision.
